I want you to know that I have heard your concerns. My commitment is to be readily available to listen to your input and ensure that your concerns are not just heard, but acted upon. I will represent every family in District 3, making sure your perspectives shape the decisions made by the school board. I am here to be your voice.
Prioritizing student well-being
My vision for Jackson Parish Schools centers on the well-being of our students. This includes establishing a model behavioral health policy and securing dedicated funding. We need to train our professional staff on every campus to effectively address the behavioral health needs of our students. We can no longer neglect students whose mental concerns have not been addressed; their success depends on our proactive support.
Foundations for success
To achieve a truly effective school district, three major ideas must be addressed: communication, transparency, and parent participation. We must communicate with parents in advance of any major changes in the school; there should be no surprises. By fostering open dialogue and ensuring parents are involved every step of the way, we build a stronger, more supportive educational environment for everyone.
